In another bowl: add the vegetables, cheeses, salami, egg, add salt and pepper and mix well.

Cut the dough in half. Spread with a roller in a circle, put it on the basis of our mold, we help with your hands to roll the dough well on all surfaces. With a fork pierce the base.

Now need to extend our closing layer, spread the dough a little thinner than the previous. We have decorated this layer with decorative reliefs Silikomart roller stripes to give this even more rustic touch.

Put our cake layer over the filling and seal up the sides (if you take away the leftover dough), the sides have to join the base.

Bake for about 40/45 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.
