Princess Hake with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 600 grs. Fresh hake.
  • 1 organic courgette.
  • 2 organic peppers 1 red and 1 green.
  • 1 organic onion.
  • 2 cloves organic garlic.
  • 10 organic green beans.
  • Whater.
  • Sugar.
  • Modena vinegar.
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel
  • Salt.
  • pepper.
  • Parsely.


Wash the peppers and place on an oven dish, season and pour a little Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel over them. Roast in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 25 minutes, leave to cool and remove the skin. Set aside a quarter of each pepper and place in the mixer jug, add a little fish broth and grind with the electric beater. Cut the rest of the pepper into small pieces. Reserve.

Peel and dice the cloves of garlic and lightly fry on the frying pan with a squirt of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYeble. Dice the onion and add to pan. Season and simmer. Add 2 spoonfuls of flour and cook. Season the hake steaks and add them with the fried slices of courgette and the cooked green beans. Pour the white wine and fish broth over it. Add the chopped parsely and the pepper sauce. Stir and cook for 4 minutes. Turn over the fish and cook another 4 minutes.

Serve one hake steaks per serving. Cover with sauce and serve with the courgette and the cubes of red and green pepper. Decorate with sprigs of parsley and with Organic Virgin Extra Olive Oil OleoYebel.


When accompanying fish dishes with wine, it is always better to serve white wine.
