Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel Cake

Ingredients:

  • 500grs. Organic flour.
  • 2 Organic farm eggs.
  • 100 grs. Sugar.
  • 150 ml. Water.
  • 50ml. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel
  • 10grs. Salt.
  • 25grs. Fresh yeast.

Method:

Make a mound with the flour, sugar and salt, melt the yeast in the water and gradually add the eggs, the water and the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYbel, fold the mixture until we have an even dough.

Let the dough stand for 1 hour well covered. Divide the dough into balls of 100 grs and let it stand for another 15 minutes, covering it with cling film so that it does not get dry.

Roll out the balls to form sticks of approx. 35-40 cm and place them on an oven tray.

Let them rise until they double in size ( I made some diagonal marks with my hands), paint them with beaten egg and sprinkle them with sugar.

Bake them in the oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
