Marques Salad with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel

Ingredients:

  • 2 tins of tun slices in Extra virgin olive oil.
  • 2 organic farm eggs.
  • Rocket lettuce.
  • Salt.
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel.

Method:

Place the 2 eggs in a saucepan of cold water with a pinch of salt and put on a low heat. When the water starts to boil count 10 minutes. Then rinse under cold water and peel. Reserve.

Apart, on a dinner plate place a good handful of rocket, forming a nest. On top the egg cut in segments and the 2 tins of tuna chopped up.

 

Season and dress with the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil OleoYebel, adding some Modena vinegar if you like.
